This past spring semester, three undergraduate research assistants from the Implementation in Education Lab participated in Vanderbilt's Undergraduate Research Symposium. We are so proud of their accomplishments.
Eric Eubank (incoming second-year), Karissa Sitepu (incoming second-year) and Tim Sims (incoming fourth-year) each presented on current lab research projects. Their poster presentations covered topics including:
Latent Profiles of Kindergarten Children's Language, Behavior and Peer Relationships
Perspectives on Preparing Speech-Language Pathologists to Effectively Support Behavior in School Contexts
Scoping Review of Experiences with Special Education among Students in Foster Care
We are thrilled to share that Karissa Sitepu was awarded first place in the "Social, Behavioral, Educational Sciences" and Humanities category! The passion, dedication, and enthusiasm our undergraduate research assistants bring to the lab is inspiring. Congratulations to Eric, Karissa and Tim for your outstanding work!
